Sunnyhill.... Get Ready for:
Summer Camp 2025!
Guess what, Sunnyhill?
You're officially invited to the ultimate BIG family holiday – Summer Camp 2025!
Picture this: a weekend packed with laughter, friendship, and unforgettable memories as we come together as one awesome church family. It’s a time to grow closer as a community, support one another, and deepen our faith – all while having a blast!
Tickets Available:
WEEKEND TICKETS: FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY, with camping, meals and activities included
SATURDAY DAY TICKETS: Entry on Saturday, all meals, and activities on Saturday only
SUNDAY DAY TICKETS: Entry on Sunday, all meals and activities on Sunday only
️Location: We're heading back to the beautiful Lockerley site! It’s got plenty of options for accommodation, so we can all stay together on-site and make the most of our time. To make sure we fit everyone in comfortably, we’ll be asking where you’d be happy to stay – and we’d love for you to keep an open mind when choosing your preferences.
Get Involved! Like any great family holiday, it takes all of us pitching in to make it awesome! During registration, you’ll be asked how you can help out. Don’t worry – it’s just a couple of times over the weekend. Whether it’s helping keep the place tidy, serving meals, or lending a hand in other ways, your help means everyone can relax and enjoy themselves!
Camp Expectations – Keeping It Safe & Fun for Everyone: To keep things running smoothly and ensure everyone has a fantastic (and safe!) time, here are a few important camp guidelines to keep in mind:
Kids & Teens: Under 18s remain the responsibility of their parents/carers at all times during the camp. Please know where they are at all times for their safety and your sanity!! Under 18s are not permitted in the kitchen.
No dogs allowed on site.
Accommodation: No mixed-gender tents, caravans, or cabins unless married or family.
No Alcohol: Let's keep it wholesome and fun for everyone.
Nut-Free Zone: No nuts on site for everyone's safety.
Smoking and Vaping: Only in designated areas, please.
Generators/Gas/Fires: Leave the power sources at home – no generators or gas on site. And no need to light any of your own fires, our campfire is going to be epic and hot water is always on tap.
Vehicle Rules: No driving onto the camping field. Caravan/campers will have limited access for setup on Friday and pack-down on Sunday, under the site team’s guidance.
Be considerate of others: From letting the hangry toddler and their parent into the food queue before you and not being noisy outside cabins and tents at unsocial hours, to leaving the toilet and shower clean and tidy for the next person, there are many small ways to show each other that you care!!!
Frequently Asked Questions??
Where is Summer Camp Located?
-
Please make sure your tent is relative to the size of the number of people who will be staying in it. There is limited space on site and we want to make sure there's enough space for everyone who wants to come.
-
The only things you will find in there is a mattress, with a mattress protector sheet on (no not plastic wrapped!), so you will need to bring a SINGLE SHEET, your pillow and either a sleeping back or a duvet. Be warned that the evenings are cold and there is no heating in the cabins. So bring enough bedding to keep you toasty!
-
Our Campers will be parked in our Main Car Park, so you can't get much closer than that! However if you are a Day Visitor (who are asked to park in the Overflow Car Park) we will have a few disabled spaces in our Main Car Park avaliable for those need it.
Please be aware that areas of the site can have uneven ground. So if you have mobility issues, please be careful as you move around the site and take extra care when it gets dark. -
We have a limited amount of electrical hook ups for those in caravans/campervans, which you can book for a small fee at registration. These are avaliable on a first come, first serve basis. With priority to those who need it for medical reasons. And yes, there is also a toilet waste disposal point.

We are excited that you would like to join us for the whole weekend and don't want to miss out on any of the fun. Due to the requirements of the site, we need to know when people are on and off site, so if you plan on staying off site, please indicate this during registration.
During camp you will need to sign in and out of the site as you come and go to help us have an accurate number of people on site incase of an emergency.
